When working towards our health and fitness goals we tend to only focus on the training and nutrition. What most people don’t realise is the true importance of 𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗦𝗘𝗧. This is the component to your journey.
When we look in the mirror that’s the one person you can’t lie to.
We can use accountability in our everyday lives to become the greatest version of ourselves. If something doesn’t feel good, write it down and get to work on fixing the problems as soon as possible.
𝙈𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙫𝙨 𝘿𝙞𝙨𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙚
𝗠𝗼𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗱 - you may have the motivation the night before to get yourself up early in the morning to go on a run. But your alarm goes off and you hit snooze or you see that it’s raining outside so you roll back over and stay in bed. That is motivation, it comes and goes. But when you’re 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱, what ever the goal in front of you is, no matter the obstacles in your way, they will get destroyed!
Things aren’t always going to go to plan, you will have set back and bad days. It happens to everyone, but having a positive attitude will ensure than any setbacks you come across will not hold you back or change your state of mind.
